RoadEye shows live road CCTV imagery from Korea's public ITS system to help you preview road conditions before driving. Live road conditions may differ from what cameras show. Do not operate this app while driving — use only when stopped. RoadEye and its author are not liable for accidents, delays, or any other consequence of relying on the information shown.
CCTV streams and metadata are served by the Korea ITS National Transport Information Center. Streams can be intermittently unavailable, delayed, or removed depending on ITS system status. RoadEye does not control these feeds and does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or availability.
RoadEye is free at launch. If a paid tier is added later, these terms will be updated with the relevant subscription details before any charges occur.
Your use of RoadEye is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
You can delete the app at any time to stop using the service.
We may update these terms over time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. The app records the version you accepted; if the version changes after a release, you will be asked to re-consent on next launch.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Apple's standard EULA also applies to your use of the app as a licensed application from the App Store.
