I don't see any CCTV pins on my route.
The map only shows CCTVs within 500 m of the computed driving route. If your route is on a road segment not covered by Korea's ITS public network (rural roads, private property), there may simply be no cameras to show. Try a longer route on a national highway or expressway to confirm the app works.
A CCTV pin shows but the live stream doesn't load.
Streams are served directly by ITS. Cameras occasionally go offline for maintenance or have network issues. Try another nearby pin, or come back later. RoadEye doesn't cache video.
"Use current location" doesn't work.
Make sure RoadEye has location permission: iOS Settings → RoadEye → Location → While Using the App. If you previously denied location, you'll need to re-enable it there.
Search returns no results.
Search uses Apple Maps' completer. If you're searching in Korean, try the full place name rather than abbreviations. The app does not have its own search backend.
How do I change the app language?
Open Settings inside the app → Language → choose Korean, English, or System. After changing, fully quit and relaunch the app to apply.
How do I delete my data?
Tap Sign out in Settings to clear Apple sign-in. Uninstall the app to remove every other on-device record. RoadEye has no server, so there is nothing else to delete.
Can I use RoadEye outside Korea?
CCTV data is provided by Korea's ITS system and is limited to Korean roads. Route planning works anywhere Apple Maps supports, but no CCTV pins will appear outside Korea.
