Routes do not load

Check your internet connection and search using a place name plus city. Walking routes (Apple Maps on iOS, OpenStreetMap data on Android) are not available for every route. If a route cannot be verified, the app does not invent one.

No feasible itinerary

Check reservation times, visit durations, finish time and walking limit. The first and last places and any pinned or reserved places are always retained. A gentler plan may omit optional places only after you review and apply it.

Walking estimates

The app adds 25% to walking-time estimates and schedules a rest allowance. It does not measure steps inside venues, stairs, terrain suitability or opening hours. Confirm local conditions and accessibility before visiting.

Pro and restoring

Your first saved travel day is free. Pro is a one-time purchase that unlocks multiple saved days, with no automatic renewal. Use Settings → Yeoyugil Pro → Restore purchases with the Apple Account or Google account used for purchase. Availability and localized prices are shown by the store.

Refunds and data

Request refunds through reportaproblem.apple.com (iOS) or Google Play order history (Android). Deleting a travel day removes its local itinerary, not your purchase. Travel-day synchronization between devices is not included.
