These Terms govern your use of HQLens, operated by an individual developer in the Republic of Korea.
You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU) to use the app.
HQLens lets you view headquarters imagery, revenue trends, headcount changes, and live open-positions counts for publicly traded companies, sourced from free public data. Some features (e.g., side-by-side compare) require a paid subscription.
Sign in with Apple ID. You are responsible for maintaining your credentials.
Current pricing is shown in-app at the time of purchase. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID Account Settings. No refunds for partially used periods except as required by law or Apple policy.
You retain ownership of the favorites you save. You grant us a limited license to process this data to provide the app.
No reverse engineering, no unlawful use, no circumvention of security controls, no redistribution.
The app and its content are owned by or licensed to us. Headquarters imagery is provided by Apple Maps and is subject to Apple's terms. Financial and filings data are sourced from public records (SEC EDGAR and public ATS feeds) and remain the property of their respective publishers.
The app uses Supabase, RevenueCat, and Apple. Their terms also apply.
The app is provided "as is". HQLens is an informational tool that surfaces public data. Numbers shown may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors from upstream sources, and must not be relied on as investment advice. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for investment decisions made based on data shown in the app. Total liability is limited to amounts paid in the past 12 months.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations or operational reasons.
Material changes notified via in-app notice or email.
Laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes resolved in the courts of Seoul, except where consumer-protection laws of your jurisdiction mandate otherwise.
