How do check-ins work?

Once a day, record intensity (0–10), what the sound is like, mood, sleep quality, and any trigger tags (caffeine, stress, loud noise…). It takes about 10 seconds. You can edit today's check-in any time.

What is a spike?

A spike is a moment when your tinnitus suddenly gets worse. Log it in one tap from the Today tab (or the widget) with optional context tags — spikes feed the weekday/time heatmap in Insights.

When do correlations appear?

A trigger needs at least 3 tagged days and 3 untagged days before its correlation is shown. The number is the difference in average intensity between days with and without the tag — a pattern, not a medical conclusion.

What is the doctor report?

Quieta Pro can generate a PDF summary of your last 30 or 90 days — average intensity, weekly trend, sound character, observed correlations, and spike count — designed to bring to an ENT or audiology appointment.
