Paxio is a coaching app, not a financial advisory service. We do not provide investment, tax, or debt advice. The coaching sessions, CBT exercises, and pattern insights are designed to help you reflect on your emotional relationship with money — they are not assessments of your financial situation and are not a substitute for advice from a qualified financial professional. Do not make investment, tax, credit, or debt decisions based on content generated by Paxio.

Not a therapy or medical product

Paxio draws on CBT-inspired techniques for self-reflection and mindset coaching. It is not a therapeutic product, and the AI coaching is not provided by a licensed therapist, psychologist, or counselor. If you are experiencing significant mental health distress, please seek support from a qualified professional.

AI-generated content limitations

Coaching responses and exercise prompts are generated by a large language model (Anthropic's Claude). They may be inaccurate, incomplete, or contextually inappropriate. Do not rely on AI-generated content for important financial, legal, medical, or life decisions.

Subscriptions

Paxio is sold as an auto-renewing subscription with two options:

Paxio Monthly — 1 month, $14.99 USD per month.
Paxio Yearly — 1 year, $89.99 USD per year.

Local equivalents are shown in the App Store at purchase time. Prices may vary by region and Apple's pricing tiers.

How auto-renewal works

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
A 7-day free trial is offered to new subscribers; the subscription begins automatically at the end of the trial unless cancelled beforehand.
The subscription automatically renews at the listed price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Paxio.
Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
Refunds are handled by Apple — request through reportaproblem.apple.com.

Privacy Policy

Your use of Paxio is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You may use Paxio for personal, non-commercial coaching and self-reflection only. You agree not to:

Use Paxio to generate content intended to deceive financial institutions, tax authorities, or other parties about your actual financial situation.
Attempt to circumvent subscription limits or reverse-engineer server-side AI functions.
Use Paxio in any way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

License

Paxio grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on your Apple devices in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of Paxio.

Termination

You can delete your account inside the app at any time from Settings → Delete Account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Cancellation of a subscription does not result in a refund for the current billing period — contact Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com for refund requests.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms over time. Continued use of Paxio after an update means you accept the revised version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Apple's standard EULA also applies to your use of the app as a licensed application from the App Store.
