What exactly does Paxio do?
Paxio is a financial anxiety coaching app. It helps you understand and change your emotional relationship with money through daily check-ins, AI coaching conversations (powered by Claude), short CBT-based exercises, and weekly pattern summaries. It does not manage your budget or give financial advice.

Is this financial advice?
No. Paxio is a coaching app, not a financial advisory service. We do not provide investment, tax, or debt advice. If you need financial advice, please consult a qualified professional.

Is my data private?
Yes. Your check-ins, coaching conversations, and exercise reflections are stored encrypted in Supabase (US region) under row-level security — only your account can access your data. We do not sell data or use advertising SDKs. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Why is there a subscription?
AI coaching sessions require calls to the Claude API, which has per-message costs. The Paxio subscription covers those API costs plus the cloud sync and storage infrastructure.

How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Paxio and select Cancel. Apple manages all billing. You keep access until the end of your paid period.

How do I delete my data?
Open Paxio → Settings → Delete Account. This immediately and permanently removes all your data — check-ins, conversations, reflections, and your account — and signs you out.

I'm not seeing my previous coaching sessions. What happened?
Make sure you are signed in to the same account you used originally. If you recently reinstalled the app, your history will reload from the cloud once you sign in. If sessions are still missing, email us at [email protected].
