You can permanently delete your Paxio data at any time, with or without a connected account. Paxio works without signing in: it creates a private guest account on your device, and you can optionally connect email, Apple or Google later (Settings → Connect Account).

Option 1 — Delete in the app (recommended)

1. Open Paxio on your iPhone and go to the Settings tab.
2. Tap Delete Account (if you connected an account) or Delete My Data (if you use Paxio as a guest).
3. Confirm. Your Paxio data is deleted immediately. If the deletion cannot be completed (for example, you are offline), nothing is deleted, you stay signed in, and the app shows the reason so you can try again.

After deletion the app keeps working with a new, empty guest session.

Option 2 — Request by email

If you can no longer open the app, email ootssu@ootssu.com with the subject “Paxio account deletion”. Send it from the email address you connected in Paxio, or include that address. We verify ownership and complete the deletion within 30 days. A guest account is not linked to any email or name, so we cannot find it by email — please delete guest data in the app.

What is deleted

• All daily check-ins (anxiety scores, triggers, notes).
• Your AI coaching conversations and session history.
• Your exercise reflections and completion history.
• Your weekly AI insight summaries.
• Your Paxio profile: setup answers (how you feel about money, worries, goals).

Your sign-in account

OOTSSU apps share one sign-in service. If you do not use the same sign-in with another OOTSSU app, your sign-in record (email or Apple/Google identifier, or the guest identifier) is deleted together with your Paxio data. If you do, the sign-in record is kept only so that the other app keeps working; no Paxio data remains linked to it.

What is kept

• Purchase and subscription records held by Apple and our payment processor (RevenueCat), as required for billing, refunds and tax. Deleting your data does not cancel a subscription — cancel it in your Apple ID subscription settings.
• Counts of AI coaching and insight requests (dates, numbers and random session identifiers — no message text), tied to your now-deleted account identifier, and daily counts keyed by a salted one-way hash of your network address. They are used only for abuse prevention and fair-use limits (a new guest account created after deletion starts with its own free allowance; overall use is capped by daily per-network limits and an overall daily cap) and are deleted automatically after 35 days (network-hash counts after 7 days).

Retention period

In-app deletion takes effect immediately. Email requests are completed within 30 days. Routine infrastructure backups that may briefly contain deleted data are rotated out within about 30 days. Coaching messages you sent while chatting were processed by Anthropic; under its commercial terms Anthropic deletes API inputs and outputs within 30 days.
