This Privacy Policy explains how Innra collects, uses, and shares information when you use the app.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 You provide

• Account: email or Apple ID identifier
• Journal entries: text, optional tags, optional mood markers

1.2 Automatically collected

• Subscription state via RevenueCat
• Crash reports (Apple-level, opt-in)

1.3 Not collected

• Camera/photos, microphone/audio, HealthKit, location, contacts, IDFA, browsing history

2. How We Use Information

• Store and display your journal entries
• Generate AI reflections and summaries from your entries
• Process subscription purchases

3. AI and Automated Analysis

Journal text is sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate reflections and insights. No personal identifiers (email, user ID) are shared with Anthropic.

5. Security

• TLS in transit, encryption at rest on Supabase
• Row-level security: each user can access only their own entries

6. Retention

Data is retained while your account is active. Upon deletion, data is removed within 30 days, except records required by law.

7. Your Rights

Access, correction, deletion, export. Email [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.

8. Children's Privacy

Not directed to children under 16.

9. International Transfers

Data may be processed in the United States via Supabase, RevenueCat, and Anthropic.

10. Cookies and Tracking

No cookies. No advertising trackers. No IDFA.

11. Changes

Material changes announced via in-app notice or email at least 7 days before taking effect.
