You can permanently delete your Innra data at any time, with or without a connected account. Innra works without signing in: on first launch it creates a private guest account, and you can optionally connect Apple, Google or email later (Settings → Account).

Option 1 — Delete in the app (recommended)

1. Open Innra on your iPhone or Android device and go to the Settings tab.
2. In the Account section, tap Delete Account (if you connected an account) or Delete My Data (if you use Innra as a guest).
3. Confirm. Your Innra data is deleted immediately. If the deletion cannot be completed (for example, you are offline), nothing is deleted, you stay signed in, and the app shows the reason so you can try again.

After deletion the app keeps working with a new, empty guest session.

Option 2 — Request by email

If you can no longer open the app, email ootssu@ootssu.com with the subject “Innra account deletion”. Send it from the email address you connected in Innra, or include that address. We verify ownership and complete the deletion within 30 days. A guest account is not linked to any email or name, so we cannot locate it — please use Option 1 for guest data.

What is deleted

• All journal entries, mood scores and emotion tags.
• AI analyses (reflections and reframes) of your entries.
• AI coach conversations.
• Weekly reports.
• Your Innra profile: display name, streak and settings.

Your sign-in account

OOTSSU apps share one sign-in service. If you do not use the same sign-in with another OOTSSU app, your sign-in record (email or Apple/Google identifier, or the guest identifier) is deleted together with your Innra data. If you do, the sign-in record is kept only so that the other app keeps working; no Innra data remains linked to it.

What is kept

• Purchase and subscription records held by Apple, Google and our payment processor (RevenueCat), as required for billing, refunds and tax. Deleting your data does not cancel a subscription — cancel it in App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
• A count of AI uses per day, tied to a random ID and containing none of your journal content, used only to enforce free-plan limits.

Retention period

In-app deletion takes effect immediately. Email requests are completed within 30 days. Routine backups that may briefly contain deleted data are purged on a rolling 30-day cycle.
