These Terms govern your use of Innra, operated by an individual developer in the Republic of Korea.
You must be at least 16 years old.
Innra is a journaling app with AI-generated reflections and summaries. Some features require a paid subscription.
Innra is not a medical or mental-health service. AI reflections are for informational purposes only and not a substitute for professional advice. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services.
Sign in with email or Apple. You are responsible for your credentials.
Current pricing is shown in-app. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID Account Settings. No refunds for partially used periods except as required by law or Apple policy.
You retain ownership of journal entries. You grant us a limited license to process entries to provide the app and generate AI reflections.
No reverse engineering, no unlawful use, no circumvention of security, no redistribution.
The app and its content are owned by or licensed to us.
The app uses Supabase, RevenueCat, Anthropic Claude, and Apple. Their terms also apply.
The app is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to amounts paid in the past 12 months.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations or operational reasons.
Material changes notified via in-app notice or email.
Laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes resolved in the courts of Seoul, except where consumer-protection laws of your jurisdiction mandate otherwise.
