Terms of Use
Agreement
By installing or using Tiltwell you agree to these terms. Your use of Google Play is also governed by the Google Play Terms of Service.
The app
Tiltwell provides a bubble level, an angle finder and an on-screen ruler. All measuring features are free. You may use the app for personal and work purposes.
Purchases
The Aluminum skin is free. The Walnut, Brass, Crystal and Carbon skins, and a bundle of all four, are optional one-time, non-consumable in-app purchases billed by Google Play in your local currency. There are no subscriptions. Skins change only the look of the tools; they do not add or unlock measuring features. Purchases are tied to the Google account you bought with and can be restored on your devices in Settings → Tool skins → Restore purchases.
Refunds
Payments are handled by Google Play, so refunds follow the Google Play refund policy and are requested through Google Play (play.google.com → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history, or the order receipt email). If you need help, contact us and we will do what Google Play allows.
Accuracy and responsibility
Tiltwell displays angles to 0.1° and offers calibration, but its results depend on your phone's sensor, its case and screen, and how you hold and calibrate it. It is not a certified measuring instrument. For work where an error could cause damage, injury or loss (for example structural, electrical or safety-critical work), check results with a dedicated instrument. To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is" and OOTSSU is not liable for losses arising from measurements made with it.
Availability and changes
We may update the app and these terms. If the terms change, we will update this page and its effective date.
