The level reads a little off on a flat table
Calibrate it. Tap Calibrate at the top, choose the surface (lying flat, or one of the four edges) and follow the two steps: measure once, then turn the phone 180° on the same spot and measure again. Tiltwell saves the offset and subtracts it from every reading. A bulging camera bump or a phone case changes the offset, so calibrate the way you will measure.
How do I switch between the round level and the bar level?
You don't need to. Lay the phone flat for the round (surface) level; stand it on an edge for the bar (edge) level. It switches by itself.
How do I measure the angle between two surfaces?
On the Angle tab, hold the phone against the first surface and set zero, then hold it against the second. The reading is relative to your zero. Long-press the level to do the same on the Level tab. Use Lock to freeze a reading where you can't see the screen.
Can I show slope in percent?
Yes. In Settings → Angle unit, choose degrees, percent grade, mm/m or in/ft.
The ruler doesn't match my real ruler
Open Settings → Calibration → Ruler (credit card). Lay a credit card or any ID-1 size card (85.60 mm wide) on the screen and pinch the outline until it matches the card exactly, then Save.
How do I restore my purchases?
Open Settings → Tool skins and tap Restore purchases, signed in to Google Play with the account you bought with. All purchases are one-time; there are no subscriptions. If a payment is pending, the skin unlocks as soon as it completes.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases are billed by Google Play, so refunds are requested through Google Play under the Google Play refund policy. Email us if anything goes wrong and we'll help where we can.
Does Tiltwell need the internet or my location?
No. Every tool works offline using only the motion sensor. The internet is used only for Google Play purchases. See the privacy policy.
How do I delete my data?
Tiltwell has no account and keeps your settings and calibration only on your device — uninstalling the app removes them. For purchases, Google Play and our payment provider RevenueCat keep a purchase record and an anonymous app ID. To ask us to delete that record, email ootssu@ootssu.com with the subject "Tiltwell data deletion" and your Google Play order number (GPA.xxxx). We delete it within 30 days; Google Play's own order history is managed in your Google account.

보정하세요. 위쪽 보정 버튼을 누르고 면(눕힌 상태 또는 네 모서리 중 하나)을 고른 뒤 두 단계를 따르면 됩니다. 한 번 재고, 같은 자리에서 폰을 180° 돌려 한 번 더 잽니다. 틸트웰이 오차를 저장해 모든 값에서 빼 줍니다. 튀어나온 카메라나 케이스가 오차를 바꾸므로 실제로 잴 때와 같은 상태로 보정하세요.
원형 수평계와 막대 수평계는 어떻게 바꾸나요?
따로 바꿀 필요가 없습니다. 눕히면 원형(평면) 수평계, 모서리로 세우면 막대(모서리) 수평계로 자동 전환됩니다.
두 면 사이 각도는 어떻게 재나요?
각도 탭에서 첫 번째 면에 폰을 대고 0점을 잡은 뒤 두 번째 면에 대세요. 값이 0점 기준으로 나옵니다. 수평 탭에서는 수평계를 길게 누르면 됩니다. 화면이 안 보이는 곳에서는 고정 버튼으로 값을 멈추세요.
기울기를 퍼센트로 볼 수 있나요?
네. 설정 → 각도 단위에서 도, 경사 퍼센트, mm/m, in/ft 중에서 고르세요.
화면 자가 실제 자와 달라요
설정 → 보정 → 자(신용카드)를 여세요. 신용카드나 같은 크기(ID-1, 가로 85.60mm)의 카드를 화면에 올리고 외곽선을 카드에 정확히 맞춘 뒤 저장하세요.
구매를 복원하려면?
구매한 Google 계정으로 Google Play에 로그인한 상태에서 설정 → 공구 스킨 → 구매 복원을 누르세요. 모든 구매는 1회 구매이며 구독은 없습니다. 결제가 보류 중이면 완료되는 즉시 스킨이 열립니다.
환불은 어떻게 받나요?
결제는 Google Play가 처리하므로 Google Play 환불 정책에 따라 Google Play에서 요청합니다. 문제가 생기면 메일 주세요. 가능한 범위에서 돕겠습니다.
인터넷이나 위치 권한이 필요한가요?
아니요. 모든 도구는 동작 센서만으로 오프라인에서 작동합니다. 인터넷은 Google Play 구매에만 씁니다. 개인정보 처리방침을 참고하세요.
데이터 삭제는 어떻게 요청하나요?
Tiltwell 은 계정이 없고 설정·보정값은 기기에만 저장되어 앱을 삭제하면 함께 지워집니다. 구매의 경우 Google Play 와 결제 대행사 RevenueCat 이 구매 기록과 익명 앱 ID 를 보관합니다. 이 기록 삭제를 원하시면 제목 "Tiltwell data deletion" 과 Google Play 주문 번호(GPA.xxxx)를 적어 ootssu@ootssu.com 으로 보내 주세요. 30일 안에 삭제합니다. Google Play 주문 내역 자체는 Google 계정에서 관리됩니다.
