These Terms govern your use of Territory Arcade (the “App”), a single-player arcade game operated by an individual developer in the Republic of Korea.
By installing or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on Apple-branded devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license is granted by the developer; Apple is a third-party beneficiary and is entitled to enforce these Terms against you. This license does not allow you to:
The App is offered free of charge and contains no subscriptions, no advertising, and no in-app purchases. There is nothing to buy inside the App.
The App does not require or offer an account. All progress is stored locally on your device. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Do not modify, redistribute, or attempt to circumvent any technical protections in the App. Do not use the App in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any system, network, or service.
The App's sound effects are provided by Kenney (www.kenney.nl) under the Creative Commons Zero (CC0) license. All other assets are owned by the developer.
The App, its design, code, art, and stage data are owned by the developer. You acquire no ownership rights by installing the App.
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL THE DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP. AGGREGATE LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED ONE U.S. DOLLAR.
These Terms remain in effect until terminated. You may terminate at any time by uninstalling the App. We may terminate or suspend your right to use the App at any time without notice for violation of these Terms.
If you obtained the App through the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply:
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted in release notes. Continued use of the App after a change indicates acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Seoul, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your jurisdiction provide otherwise.
