These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Resolv app ("Resolv", "the app"), published by ootssu ("we", "us"). By downloading or using Resolv you agree to these Terms.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non‑transferable, non‑exclusive license to use Resolv on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula), which these Terms supplement.

Resolv is a motivational and self‑tracking tool. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition, and does not provide medical, psychological, or addiction‑treatment advice. If you need help with a substance‑use or health concern, consult a qualified professional.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, reverse engineer it except as permitted by law, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

5. Intellectual property

Resolv, its name, logo, and content are owned by ootssu and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you.

6. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

Resolv is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ootssu is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
