What Plotta is

Plotta is a multiplayer game where you walk closed routes on real streets to claim the enclosed area as your virtual land. Lands you and other players claim are stored on our servers and shown on a shared map.

Safety — walk responsibly

You agree to:

• Pay attention to your surroundings. Do not stare at the screen while crossing streets, near vehicles, on cliffs, near water, or in any other hazardous environment.
• Obey all applicable laws, including traffic laws, trespass laws, and posted signs. Do not enter private property, restricted areas, military zones, or other areas where you are not authorized.
• Walk, not run, drive, cycle, or use any motorized vehicle. Sessions that show speeds above a normal walking/jogging pace will be rejected.
• Use the app only in environments where it is safe and legal to do so.

You are solely responsible for your physical safety and your decisions while using Plotta. Plotta is a game and is not a navigation app, fitness coach, or safety tool.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Spoof, simulate, or otherwise falsify your GPS location.
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to record routes you did not actually walk.
• Use the app to harass, dox, or stalk other players. Display names that include personal information about other people are prohibited.
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract our backend keys or other users' raw walking paths.

We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these rules.

Game content

Lands, display names, colors, and other in-game content you create are stored on our servers and visible to other players. Land polygons may be reduced or removed if another player's loop encloses or overlaps them — this is the core mechanic of the game and not a bug.

No warranty

Plotta is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, GPS accuracy, or that any specific land will remain claimed by you.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OOTSSU shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including damages for personal injury, lost data, or lost lands, arising out of or in connection with your use of Plotta.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes

We may update these terms. The Effective date above will change when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
