Pawport helps you organize and write a Best Rate Guarantee claim. Whether the hotel honors your claim is up to the hotel, not Pawport. Each chain has its own BRG terms — including comparable-rate definitions, claim windows, and exclusions like member-only or package rates. You are responsible for reading and following the specific chain's policy before filing. Pawport and its author are not liable for denied claims, travel disruptions, or any other consequence of using the app.

Acceptable use

• Use Pawport for your own legitimate bookings.
• Don't submit fabricated competitor offers — that's fraud against the hotel and not what this app is for.
• Don't attempt to abuse the AI drafting feature with automated or bulk requests.

AI-generated drafts

Outreach drafts are generated by Anthropic's Claude. The wording may need editing for your specific case — read it before sending. Pawport is not responsible for the content of the message you ultimately send to the hotel.

Pricing

Pawport is free at launch. If a paid tier is added later, these terms will be updated with the relevant subscription details before any charges occur.

Privacy Policy

Your use of Pawport is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Termination

You can delete the app at any time to stop using the service. We may suspend an anonymous account that abuses the AI proxy or violates these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms over time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the new version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Apple's standard EULA also applies to your use of the app as a licensed application from the App Store.
