What we collect

• Claim cases — hotel name, city, dates, guest count, the offer fields you enter (rate, room type, policy, breakfast, tax, currency, source name), and your case status. Stored on your device.
• Evidence items — screenshots and notes you attach to a case. Stored on your device.
• Profile settings — preferred language, display currency, traveler name, email signature. Stored on your device.
• Draft generation prompts — when you tap "Generate drafts", the case context is sent to Anthropic's Claude API. We do not log or retain this on any Pawport-operated server.

What we don't collect

• We don't run our own servers or accounts. There is no Pawport login.
• We don't collect advertising identifiers.
• We don't track you across other apps or websites.
• We don't access your contacts, photos, microphone, camera, or location.
• We don't have analytics or crash reporting that ties to your identity.

How draft message generation works

When you tap "Generate drafts" on a case, the case context (hotel, dates, room type, official rate, best competitor rate, comparison status, your preferred language) is sent directly from your device to Anthropic's Claude API over HTTPS. Anthropic returns the email, chat, and call drafts.

Anthropic does not retain prompts for model training. Their handling of the request is governed by Anthropic's commercial terms.

Where your data lives

• Cases, offers, evidence, drafts, and profile settings — on your device only.

Third-party services we use

• Anthropic (Claude API) — generates the draft outreach messages. Called directly from your device. Anthropic does not retain prompts for model training.

How long we keep your data

On-device data lives until you delete the app. Pawport itself stores nothing on a server.

Deletion

Uninstall the app to remove all local Pawport data. There is no server-side record to request the deletion of.

Children

Pawport is intended for adults arranging their own travel. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 17.
