Most major hotels and chains promise a refund or extra discount when you find a comparable lower price on another booking site. The catch is the fine print — same room type, same cancellation policy, same tax inclusion, same currency — and writing the polite-but-firm claim message. Pawport walks you through it.

How it works
- Enter your stay (hotel, city, dates, guests) and the official rate you saw.
- Paste competitor offers from OTAs (Booking, Expedia, Agoda, etc.) with their room type, cancellation policy, breakfast, taxes.
- Pawport's comparison engine flags the case as Claimable, Needs Review, or Not Comparable.
- Generate an outreach draft (email / chat / phone script) in English or Korean.
- Save the case, attach screenshot evidence, and track its status from draft to won.
What gets checked
- Room type match (normalized).
- Cancellation policy match.
- Breakfast inclusion.
- Tax inclusion state (included / excluded / unknown).
- Currency consistency.
- Member-only rate exclusion (most BRGs don't honor these).
Privacy first
Cases and evidence are stored on your device. Draft messages are generated by calling Anthropic's Claude API directly over HTTPS — Anthropic does not retain prompts for model training.
