Lintra terms of use: auto-renewing subscription, how to cancel, and the limits of a correlation between HRV and your calendar.

It is not a medical device
Lintra states a correlation it observed. It never states a cause.
These terms govern your use of Lintra (the “app”), published by OOTSSU. By using the app you agree to them.
What Lintra is
Lintra reads the heart-rate-variability samples your Apple Watch already recorded, finds the ones that dipped below your own baseline from the preceding 28 days, and checks whether a recurring event on your calendar was there each time. When a pattern holds up across several weeks, Lintra names the candidate. It is a pattern-finding tool, not a health-monitoring service.
Lintra is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Nothing it shows is a medical finding, and no output should be used to make a medical decision. If you are worried about your heart, your stress, or anything else about your health, speak to a qualified healthcare professional.
The limits of what Lintra can tell you
These limits are real, not legal boilerplate:
- What Lintra shows is a correlation, not a cause. When Lintra names a candidate, it means your HRV dipped around that event in most of the weeks it recurred — not that the event caused the dip.
- It needs an Apple Watch and time. Lintra can only read HRV samples your Watch has already recorded, and it needs several weeks of them to build a baseline before any candidate can be named.
- The confidence bar is intentionally high. A single overlap is never enough. If nothing repeats clearly, Lintra says so instead of naming something it is not confident about.
- Calendar matching is optional and title-based. If you decline calendar access, or if your stress has no recurring calendar event behind it, Lintra will not be able to name a candidate at all.
Your subscription
Lintra is unlocked by an auto-renewing subscription, offered as monthly and annual plans through the App Store. It may include an introductory free trial or offer, shown in the app before you subscribe.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when the free trial ends — or at confirmation of purchase if no trial applies to your account — and again at the start of each renewal period.
- The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, and the cost of the renewal will be identified.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions on your device.
- Prices are set by Apple for your storefront and shown in the app and at checkout before you buy — we do not state a price here because it varies by region.
This app additionally uses Apple’s standard End User License Agreement, available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.
Using the app as intended
Please do not attempt to defeat the subscription check, or reverse engineer the app beyond what the law permits regardless of a contract term.
Your data is yours, and only yours
What Lintra computes stays in the app’s storage on your phone. We have no copy, which also means we cannot recover anything for you — if you delete your data, delete the app, or lose the device, that data is gone. See our Privacy Policy for what is stored and how to delete it.
Availability and changes
We may change how Lintra works, and features may be added or removed in future versions. We may stop publishing the app. Nothing here guarantees the app will keep working with future versions of iOS or watchOS.
No warranty, and the limit of our liability
Lintra is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, including any warranty that its correlations are accurate or suitable for any particular purpose. To the fullest extent the law allows, OOTSSU is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before a claim.
Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under consumer law where you live, and nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
