Lintra

What is wearing you down, on repeat?

Lintra reads the heart-rate-variability samples your Apple Watch already recorded, finds the ones that dipped below your own baseline from the preceding 28 days, and checks whether a recurring event on your calendar was there each time. When the pattern holds up across several weeks, Lintra names the candidate — for example, that your HRV dropped after Weekly Planning Sync in five of the six weeks it happened.

01

Your own baseline, not a chart

Lintra compares each reading against the 28 days you actually lived, not a population average or a single bad night.

02

Only repeats earn a name

A stress-cause candidate is only named once your HRV dipped around the same recurring event in most of the weeks it happened — not once, not by coincidence.

03

Everything stays on this phone

The baseline, the dip detection, and the sentence describing a pattern are all computed on-device. No account, no sync, nothing uploaded.

04

A correlation, stated as one

Lintra never claims an event caused a drop in your HRV — only that the two coincided, and how often.

Not a medical device

Lintra does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition. What it shows is a correlation it observed between two things — never a cause stated as fact. Please don’t use it to make a medical decision; talk to a clinician instead.
