These Terms govern your use of FreshSave, operated by an individual developer in the Republic of Korea.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU) to use the app.

2. Service

FreshSave helps you track food expiry dates and receive AI-generated recipe suggestions. Some features require a paid subscription.

3. Account

Sign in with email/password or Apple ID. You are responsible for maintaining your credentials.

4. Subscriptions

Current pricing is shown in-app at the time of purchase. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID Account Settings. No refunds for partially used periods except as required by law or Apple policy.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of food data you enter. You grant us a limited license to process this data to provide the app.

6. Acceptable Use

No reverse engineering, no unlawful use, no circumvention of security controls, no redistribution.

7. Intellectual Property

The app and its content are owned by or licensed to us.

8. Third-Party Services

The app uses Supabase, RevenueCat, Anthropic Claude, and Apple. Their terms also apply.

9. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is". AI recipe suggestions are informational only and not a substitute for food-safety or medical advice. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for food safety outcomes. Total liability is limited to amounts paid in the past 12 months.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations or operational reasons.

11. Changes

Material changes notified via in-app notice or email.

12. Governing Law

Laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes resolved in the courts of Seoul, except where consumer-protection laws of your jurisdiction mandate otherwise.
