The recipes, water amounts, and times built into Brewra are reasonable starting points, not laboratory measurements. Taste, freshness, grind, water temperature, and equipment all change the result. Brewra is offered without warranty of any kind.
Pour-over coffee involves boiling-hot water. Use appropriate equipment, work on a stable surface, and keep children and pets away from your brewing area. The developer is not responsible for burns or other injuries.
Brewra, the Brewra wordmark, and the app's user interface are the property of Shin Jungsoon. Recipe step instructions are written in our own words; they are not copied from any specific commercial source.
