These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Aftershift app ("Aftershift", "the app"), published by ootssu ("we", "us"). By downloading or using Aftershift you agree to these Terms.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Aftershift on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula), which these Terms supplement.

2. Subscriptions (Aftershift Pro)

• Aftershift offers an optional auto-renewing subscription, Aftershift Pro, available in two options: Monthly at $2.99/month and Annual at $19.99/year. The annual plan includes a 7-day free trial. Prices may vary by region as determined by Apple.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• The 7-day free trial on the annual plan automatically converts to a paid subscription ($19.99/year) unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the then-current price unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• To manage or cancel your subscription, open your Apple ID settings (iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions) or App Store → your account → Subscriptions. Apple may not provide refunds for any unused portion of a term.
• The free tier of Aftershift remains fully usable without an active subscription.

3. Not medical advice

Aftershift is a general wellbeing and routine planning tool. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, and does not provide medical, psychological, or clinical advice. The routines and activity suggestions in the app are for general informational and motivational purposes only. If you have health concerns related to shift work, sleep disorders, or any medical condition, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, reverse engineer it except as permitted by applicable law, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

5. Intellectual property

Aftershift, its name, logo, and content are owned by ootssu and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you.

6. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

Aftershift is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ootssu is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including any reliance on routine suggestions for health or work-related decisions.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
