These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Aftershift app ("Aftershift", "the app"), published by ootssu ("we", "us"). By downloading or using Aftershift you agree to these Terms.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Aftershift on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula), which these Terms supplement.

Aftershift is a general wellbeing and routine planning tool. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, and does not provide medical, psychological, or clinical advice. The routines and activity suggestions in the app are for general informational and motivational purposes only. If you have health concerns related to shift work, sleep disorders, or any medical condition, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, reverse engineer it except as permitted by applicable law, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

5. Intellectual property

Aftershift, its name, logo, and content are owned by ootssu and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you.

6. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

Aftershift is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ootssu is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including any reliance on routine suggestions for health or work-related decisions.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
