Petport is a logging and reminder tool. Checklists are generated from publicly available regulation sources we curate. You are responsible for verifying every requirement directly with your airline and a licensed veterinarian within 24 hours of departure. Petport and its author are not liable for travel disruptions, denied boarding, quarantine, or any other consequence of relying on the app's information. Liability is limited to the subscription fee you have paid.
We curate regulation rules from official authorities (USDA APHIS, DEFRA, MAFF, EU regulations, airline policy pages) and review them on a quarterly schedule, with weekly automated change detection. Rules may change without notice. The app shows a "stale" badge when a rule has not been reviewed in 90+ days. Always reconfirm with the source authority before traveling.
Petport Pro is sold as an auto-renewing subscription with two options:
Local equivalents are shown in the App Store at purchase time. Prices may vary by region and Apple's pricing tiers.
Your use of Petport is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes what we collect and how we use it.
Use Petport only for your own pet's travel planning. Don't attempt to abuse the AI features (rate limits are enforced).
You can delete your account inside the app at any time. We can suspend an account that violates these terms.
We may update these terms over time. Continued use after an update means you accept the new version.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Apple's standard EULA also applies to your use of the app as a licensed application from the App Store.
