Which routes are supported?
At launch: US-origin flights to United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain, and Japan on United, American, Delta, Lufthansa, and British Airways. We add new routes on a rolling schedule.
Will Petport guarantee my pet boards the flight?
No. Petport is informational only. Always confirm requirements with your airline and a licensed veterinarian within 24 hours of departure. Regulations change without notice.
Where do the rules come from?
USDA APHIS, DEFRA (UK), MAFF (Japan), EU Regulation 576/2013, and airline pet-travel pages. Rules are reviewed quarterly with weekly automated change detection. Items show a "stale" badge if not reviewed in 90+ days.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions → Petport Pro. Apple handles billing.
How do I delete my data?
Settings → Delete account. We hard-delete everything immediately.
