The battery percentage, burnout forecasts, and excuse suggestions are model outputs intended to help you reflect on your energy patterns — they are not assessments of any medical condition. Do not use Solca as a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or other health advice.

AI-generated content limitations

Excuse messages and burnout forecasts are generated by a large language model. They may be inaccurate, contextually inappropriate, or fail to match your situation. Do not rely on AI-generated output for important decisions, and do not use Solca to generate content that could mislead authorities, employers, or medical professionals about your actual situation.

Subscriptions

Solca Pro is sold as an auto-renewing subscription with two options:

• Solca Pro (Monthly) — 1 month, $3.99 USD per month.
• Solca Pro (Yearly) — 1 year, $19.99 USD per year.

Local equivalents are shown in the App Store at purchase time. Prices may vary by region and Apple's pricing tiers.

How auto-renewal works

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews at the listed price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Solca Pro.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period (if offered) is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
• Refunds are handled by Apple — request through reportaproblem.apple.com.

Privacy Policy

Your use of Solca is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You may use Solca for personal, non-commercial self-tracking only. You agree not to:

• Generate excuses intended to deceive authorities, law enforcement, healthcare providers, or employers about material facts.
• Use Solca to facilitate harassment, fraud, or any illegal activity.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, abuse free-tier features, or reverse-engineer server-side AI functions.

License

Solca grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on your Apple devices in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of Solca.

Termination

You can delete your account inside the app at any time from Settings → Delete account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Cancellation of a subscription does not result in a refund for the current billing period — contact Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com for refund requests.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms over time. Continued use of Solca after an update means you accept the revised version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Apple's standard EULA also applies to your use of the app as a licensed application from the App Store.
