You can permanently delete your Solca data at any time, with or without a linked account. Solca works without signing in: the first time it needs our server (an AI excuse or forecast, a purchase, or Pro sync) it creates a private guest ID, and you can optionally link an account later in Settings → Account (iPhone: Apple, Google or email; Android: Google or email).

Option 1 — Delete in the app (recommended)

1. Open Solca on your iPhone or Android device and go to the Settings tab.
2. Under Account, tap Delete account (if you linked an account) or Delete my data (if you use Solca as a guest).
3. Confirm. Your Solca data is deleted immediately. If the deletion cannot be completed (for example, you are offline), nothing is deleted, you stay signed in, and the app shows the reason so you can try again.

After deletion the app keeps working with a new, empty guest session.

Option 2 — Request by email

If you can no longer open the app, email ootssu@ootssu.com with the subject “Solca account deletion”. Send it from the email address you linked in Solca, or include that address. We verify ownership and complete the deletion within 30 days. A guest ID is not linked to any email or name, so we cannot find it by email — please delete guest data in the app.

What is deleted

• All activity logs (drain/recharge events, timestamps, notes) synced to our servers, and your daily battery history.
• Your Solca profile and any excuse history stored before October 2026.
• The activity logs and battery history on the device where you delete.

Your sign-in account

OOTSSU apps share one sign-in service. If you do not use the same sign-in with another OOTSSU app, your sign-in record (email or Apple/Google identifier, or the guest identifier) is deleted together with your Solca data. If you do, the sign-in record is kept only so that the other app keeps working; no Solca data remains linked to it.

What is kept

• Purchase and subscription records held by Apple, Google and our payment processor (RevenueCat), as required for billing, refunds and tax. Deleting your data does not cancel a subscription — cancel it in App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
• A record of when you used AI features (time and feature only, no text you typed), tied to your now-deleted identifier, kept for 60 days, and daily counts keyed by a salted one-way hash of your network address, kept for 7 days — used only to enforce free-plan limits.

Retention period

In-app deletion takes effect immediately. Email requests are completed within 30 days. Routine backups that may briefly contain deleted data are purged on a rolling 30-day cycle.
