삭제와 보관
계정 또는 데이터 삭제는 앱 안의 삭제 기능이나 지원 이메일을 통해 요청할 수 있습니다.
추적 제한
광고 목적의 제3자 추적이나 개인정보 판매를 전제로 설계하지 않았습니다.
What we collect
- Account info: email or Apple/Google identifier you sign in with.
- Symptom logs: daily severity ratings, period flow, sleep, optional notes you write.
- AI insights you generate: the prompt and the response are stored on your account.
What we don't collect
- We do not collect or sell advertising identifiers.
- We do not track you across other apps.
- We do not access your photos, contacts, or location.
How AI works
If you opt in to AI Insights inside the app, we send your last 30 days of symptom logs (without your name or email) to Anthropic's Claude API to generate a pattern report. Anthropic's API does not retain prompts for training. You can revoke consent in Profile → AI Data Sharing at any time.
Where your data lives
Logs and insights are stored on Supabase (our backend host). Only you can read your rows — enforced by row-level security tied to your account.
Third-party services we use
- Supabase — database and authentication. Stores your account, symptom logs, and AI insights.
- Anthropic (Claude API) — generates AI pattern reports when you opt in. Anthropic does not retain prompts for model training.
- RevenueCat — manages your subscription status. Receives an anonymous user identifier and your subscription state. No symptom data is shared with RevenueCat.
- Apple / Google — used only if you choose Sign in with Apple or Google. We receive an authentication token and (if you allow it) your email.
Health Connect (Android) / Apple Health (iPhone)
If you connect Health Connect on Android or Apple Health on iPhone, PeriTrack reads sleep duration only. We never write back. The data stays on your device unless you save a log that includes that imported value. This is optional — PeriTrack works without it, and you can revoke the permission at any time in Health Connect (Android) or Settings › Health (iPhone). Health Connect and HealthKit data is never used for advertising, marketing, or sold to any third party, in accordance with Google's Health Connect policy and Apple's Health Data Use Restrictions.
How long we keep your data
Your account and logs are kept as long as your account exists. When you delete your account from Profile → Delete account, all data is permanently removed within seconds — there is no retention period or backup that we can restore from. Anonymized aggregate metrics (e.g. total active users) may be kept indefinitely; these contain no personal data.
Account deletion
Delete your account from Profile → Delete account. This removes your auth record and cascades a hard-delete across every PeriTrack table within seconds.
Children
PeriTrack is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
