If you opt in to AI Insights inside the app, we send your last 30 days of symptom logs (without your name or email) to Anthropic's Claude API to generate a pattern report. Anthropic's API does not retain prompts for training. You can revoke consent in Profile → AI Data Sharing at any time.
Logs and insights are stored on Supabase (our backend host). Only you can read your rows — enforced by row-level security tied to your account.
If you connect Apple Health, PeriTrack reads sleep duration only. We never write back. The data stays on your device unless you save a log that includes that imported value. HealthKit data is never used for advertising, marketing, or sold to any third party, in accordance with Apple's Health Data Use Restrictions.
Your account and logs are kept as long as your account exists. When you delete your account from Profile → Delete account, all data is permanently removed within seconds — there is no retention period or backup that we can restore from. Anonymized aggregate metrics (e.g. total active users) may be kept indefinitely; these contain no personal data.
Delete your account from Profile → Delete account. This removes your auth record and cascades a hard-delete across every PeriTrack table within seconds.
PeriTrack is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
