These Terms govern your use of MoodBite, operated by an individual developer in the Republic of Korea. By using the app you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the app.

2. Service

MoodBite provides food and mood logging, AI-generated pattern insights, and experiment suggestions. Some features ("MoodBite Pro") require a paid subscription.

3. Not Medical Advice

MoodBite is not a medical device. Information in the app is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

4. Account

You may sign in with email or Apple ID. You are responsible for your credentials.

5. Subscriptions

5.1 Plan

MoodBite Pro is offered on a monthly basis (com.moodbite.pro.monthly). Current pricing is shown in-app.

5.2 Payment and Auto-Renewal

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

5.3 Cancellation

Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID Account Settings. No refunds for partially used periods except as required by law or Apple policy.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of logs, photos, and notes. You grant us a limited license to process this data to provide the app.

7. Acceptable Use

No reverse engineering, no unlawful use, no circumvention of security, no redistribution.

8. Intellectual Property

The app and its content are owned by or licensed to us.

9. Third-Party Services

The app uses Supabase, RevenueCat, Anthropic Claude, and Apple. Their terms also apply.

10. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for any health outcomes. Total liability is limited to amounts paid in the past 12 months.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations or operational reasons. Sections 3, 6, 8, 10, and 13 survive.

12. Changes

Material changes to the app or these Terms will be notified in-app or by email.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Seoul, except where consumer-protection laws of your jurisdiction mandate otherwise.
