What K-Pop Heardle is

K-Pop Heardle is a daily song-guessing game for iPhone and iPad (App Store) and for Android phones and tablets (Google Play). It plays short, progressively longer excerpts of 30-second audio preview clips obtained through Apple's iTunes Search API and asks the player to identify the song and artist. The catalog focuses on contemporary K-pop and is updated periodically.

Audio source

All audio playback uses the publicly available 30-second preview clips served by Apple's iTunes Search service. K-Pop Heardle does not host, redistribute, or stream full songs, and does not modify the preview audio beyond trimming its playback window.

Pricing and in-app purchases

K-Pop Heardle is free to download, and the daily puzzle, New Releases, every group daily, statistics, and the share card stay free. There is no advertising and there are no subscriptions.

There is one optional in-app purchase: Heardle Pro, a single non-consumable one-time purchase (US $4.99 or the local equivalent set by the store). Pro unlocks the full archive of past dailies, unlimited practice rounds (free play allows three per day), and favourite-group pinning. It is not a subscription and does not renew.

The purchase is processed by Apple (In-App Purchase) or Google (Google Play Billing), and the price you pay is the one shown by the store at the time of purchase. Because Pro is a one-time purchase tied to your store account, you can restore it on your other devices signed in to the same account with the Restore button on the Pro screen. Refunds are handled by the store, not by us — Apple's or Google's refund policy applies. If a purchase is charged but Pro does not unlock, email us and we will help.

Trademarks & artist names

Song titles, artist names, group names, and album titles referenced in K-Pop Heardle are the property of their respective rights holders. They are used in the app for the sole purpose of identifying the song being guessed and do not imply any endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation with the artists, their labels, or any related parties.

Acceptable use

You may use K-Pop Heardle for personal entertainment. You may not decompile or reverse-engineer the app, redistribute its catalog or assets as a derivative product, automate or script gameplay to inflate leaderboard scores, or attempt to misrepresent the app as your own work.

License

K-Pop Heardle grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on your own devices. On iOS that license is subject to the Apple Media Services Terms; on Android it is subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.

No warranty

K-Pop Heardle is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Availability of any specific song or preview clip depends on Apple's iTunes catalog, which may change at any time without notice. The author is not liable for any losses or damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms over time. Continued use of K-Pop Heardle after an update means you accept the revised version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Apple's standard EULA also applies to your use of the app as a licensed application from the App Store, and Google's Play Terms of Service apply to your use of the app obtained from Google Play.
