계정·데이터 삭제
숨은명소 기록은 언제든 삭제할 수 있습니다. 가입하지 않은 게스트도 앱 안에서 바로 지울 수 있습니다.
앱에서 삭제
설정 → 계정 → '계정 삭제'(게스트는 '내 데이터 삭제'). 확인하면 올린 사진과 서버의 숨은명소 기록(즐겨찾기·좋아요·글·신고·차단·알림 토큰)이 즉시 삭제됩니다.
이메일로 요청
앱을 열 수 없다면 숨은명소에 연결한 이메일로 ootssu@ootssu.com 에 'HiddenGem 계정 삭제'를 보내 주세요. 30일 이내에 삭제합니다. 게스트 기록은 이메일로 찾을 수 없으니 앱에서 지워 주세요.
로그인 계정
다른 OOTSSU 앱에서도 쓰는 로그인 계정은 그 앱을 위해 남고, 숨은명소 데이터만 지워집니다. 숨은명소에는 유료 결제가 없습니다.

You can delete your HiddenGem data at any time, with or without a connected account. HiddenGem works without signing up: on first use it creates a private guest ID so your favorites can be saved, and you can optionally link Apple, Google, Kakao or email in Settings.
Option 1 — Delete in the app (recommended)
- Open HiddenGem and go to Settings (the Account section).
- Tap Delete account (if you linked an account) or Delete My Data (as a guest).
- Confirm. Your data is deleted immediately. If the deletion cannot be completed (for example, you are offline), nothing is deleted, you stay signed in, and the app shows the reason so you can try again.
After deletion the app keeps working with a new, empty guest session.
Option 2 — Request by email
If you can no longer open the app, email ootssu@ootssu.com with the subject “HiddenGem account deletion”, sent from the email address connected to HiddenGem. We complete the request within 30 days. Guest IDs have no email, so delete guest data in the app.
What is deleted
- Photos you uploaded to the community (removed right after your records; a photo that cannot be removed at that moment is queued and removed on the next run).
- Your HiddenGem records: account row, favorites and their notification settings, likes, community posts, reports and blocks you made, and this device’s push notification token.
Your sign-in account
OOTSSU apps share one sign-in service. If you do not use the same sign-in with another OOTSSU app, your sign-in record (email, Apple/Google/Kakao identifier, or guest identifier) is deleted together with your HiddenGem data, and we revoke the Google or Kakao link where the provider supports it. If you do, it is kept for that app and no HiddenGem data remains linked to it.
What is kept
- Public tourism data (spots, crowd indicators) is not personal data and is not affected.
- HiddenGem has no in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Retention period
In-app deletion takes effect immediately. Email requests are completed within 30 days. Routine infrastructure backups that may briefly contain deleted data are rotated out within about 30 days.
