Q. The AI scan misread my receipt.
You can correct any field on the review screen before saving. For best results, shoot in good light with no glare and keep the receipt flat.

Q. I've used all 10 free AI scans this month.
The free plan limit resets on the 1st of every month. For unlimited scans, upgrade to Expra Pro.

Q. What does Expra Pro cost?
Expra Pro is available as a monthly plan ($3.99/month) or an annual plan ($29.99/year, ~$2.50/month — save 37%). Prices may vary by region.

Q. How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings → [Apple ID] → Subscriptions → Expra → Cancel Subscription. You keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period.

Q. Can I export my data?
Yes — tap the export button on the Reports screen to download a CSV with date, vendor, amount, VAT, category, and notes. This is a Pro feature.

Q. Does deleting my account delete my data?
Yes. Settings → Delete Account wipes every record from our servers and your device instantly. This cannot be undone.
