Is Cyra a medical app? Can it diagnose PCOS?

No. Cyra is a personal tracking and pattern analysis tool, not a medical device. AI-generated insights are for informational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for diagnosis and treatment.

Why is Cyra different from Flo or Clue?

Most cycle-tracking apps assume a 28-day cycle, which doesn't reflect the reality of PCOS. Cyra is built specifically for irregular cycles — it tracks symptoms, insulin resistance indicators, diet, exercise, sleep, and medications, and uses AI to find patterns in your unique data.

How does the AI pattern analysis work?

Cyra sends an anonymized summary of your logged data to Claude (Anthropic) to generate weekly pattern reports and power the AI chat. Your email and personal identifiers are never included. Anthropic does not use your data to train its models.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Settings app → your name → Subscriptions → Cyra → Cancel Subscription.

How do I restore purchases?

Open Cyra → Settings → Restore Purchases.

How do I delete my account?

Open Cyra → Settings → Account → Delete Account. All health logs, AI chat history, and account data are permanently deleted immediately.

Is my health data shared with advertisers?

No. Cyra contains no advertising SDK. Your menstrual and health data is never sold or shared with advertisers or data brokers under any circumstances.

Can I export my data?

Yes. Premium subscribers can export a PDF report from the Insights tab at any time, suitable for sharing with a healthcare provider.

What if I forget my password?

Tap "Forgot password?" on the login screen and we'll send a reset link to your registered email.
