Terms of Use — Clearfield

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Clearfield.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Clearfield for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and any applicable App Store rules.

2. Acceptable Use

Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where prohibited by law.
Do not interfere with the app’s normal operation or attempt to bypass platform protections.
Do not use Clearfield in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

3. Availability

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue all or part of Clearfield at any time. Features described on the concept page may change before release.

4. Intellectual Property

Clearfield, including its design, branding, interface, and related content, is owned by Shin Jungsoon or used with permission and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

5. No Warranty

Clearfield is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the app will be error-free on every device configuration.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shin Jungsoon will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Clearfield.

7. Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated. Your rights under these Terms end automatically if you fail to comply with them.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Clearfield after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
