Effective October 1, 2026. This policy describes the current on-device app build. Any future cloud AI feature will require a separate notice and explicit permission before an external transfer.
Lists and game records
Your typed list is processed on your iPhone to create a game. The draft is discarded when the game is created. Game records (date, number correct, and duration) are stored on your device until you delete them in Settings. We do not receive the list or game records in the current build.
On-device intelligence
On eligible devices, the app may use Apple's Foundation Models to suggest game choices on the device. If the model is unavailable, a local catalog supplies choices.
Subscriptions
If subscriptions are enabled, purchases are processed by Apple and subscription access is managed by RevenueCat. Those services may process purchase status and a service identifier under their own policies. BrainSpark does not receive your payment card details.
Analytics and sharing
The current app build does not send analytics events. Sharing a result requires your action and excludes your list items by default.
