BonkBell support

Reminders arrive late or not at all

Enable notifications for BonkBell. In Settings, turn on Precise reminders and allow exact alarms when Android asks. Some devices also need battery restrictions disabled. Keep your phone on during the ride.

Manage Pro

Open Settings in the app to restore purchases. Manage or cancel the subscription through Google Play subscriptions. If access is missing, include your purchase order ID when contacting support; never send card details.

Ride data

Plans and ride history stay on your device. Clearing app storage or uninstalling deletes local data. Shared text is sent only through the destination you choose.
