These Terms govern your use of Biasly, operated by an individual developer in the Republic of Korea. By using the app you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Biasly. Users 13-17 should have a parent or guardian review these Terms.

2. Service

Biasly is a Korean-language learning app that uses AI to analyze K-pop lyrics, social-media slang, and spoken phrases, and to provide personalized study content oriented around your favorite artists. Some features require a paid subscription.

3. Not Professional Translation or Instruction

AI-generated analyses, translations, grammar notes, and honorifics advice are for informational and educational purposes only. They may contain errors. Do not rely on Biasly for professional translation, legal communication, or academic citation. Consult a qualified Korean teacher or translator for such needs.

4. User-Submitted Content

You are responsible for the lyrics, messages, and other text you paste into Biasly. You represent that you have the right to submit such content for educational analysis (e.g. for personal study or fair use). Biasly does not publish or redistribute submitted content; we provide commentary and analysis only. Do not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful to others.

5. Account

Sign in with email or Apple ID. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

6. Subscriptions

Current pricing is shown in-app. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID Account Settings. No refunds for partially used periods except as required by law or Apple policy.

7. Acceptable Use

No reverse engineering, no circumvention of rate limits, no scraping of AI responses for redistribution, no unlawful use, no attempts to manipulate the AI into producing harmful or copyrighted output. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

8. Intellectual Property

The Biasly app, its design, branding, and code are owned by or licensed to us. Your submitted text remains yours. Third-party lyrics and dialogue you submit belong to their respective rights holders — Biasly claims no rights over them and does not distribute them.

9. Third-Party Services

The app uses Supabase, RevenueCat, Anthropic Claude, and Apple. Their terms also apply to your use.

10. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on AI output. Total liability is limited to amounts paid in the past 12 months.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations or operational reasons. Sections 3, 4, 8, 10, and 13 survive.

12. Changes

Material changes to the app or these Terms will be notified via in-app notice or email.

13. Governing Law

Laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes resolved in the courts of Seoul, except where consumer-protection laws of your jurisdiction mandate otherwise.
