You can permanently delete your Biasly data at any time, with or without a linked account. There are two ways to request deletion.

Option 1 — Delete in the app (recommended)

1. Open Biasly on your iPhone or Android device and go to the Settings tab.
2. In the Account section, tap Delete account (if you linked Apple, Google or email) or Delete my data (if you use Biasly as a guest).
3. Confirm. Your Biasly records are deleted from our servers right away. If the deletion cannot be confirmed (for example, you are offline), nothing is signed out and the app shows the reason, so you can try again.

After deletion the app keeps working with a new, empty guest session.

Option 2 — Request by email

If you can no longer open the app, email ootssu@ootssu.com with the subject “Biasly account deletion”. Send it from the email address you linked in Biasly (Settings → Account → Link account), or include that address. Your Biasly records are linked to that account, so we can find them; we verify ownership and complete the deletion within 30 days. A guest session is not linked to any email or name, so we cannot locate it — please use Option 1 for guest data.

What is deleted

• Your Lyric Lab history: every analysis you ran and your favorites.
• Your Biasly profile: bias, member, Korean level and other personalization.
• On the device: your saved profile, study streak and analysis count.

Lyric breakdowns are cached by the text of the lyrics and level only (not by person) so that the same lyrics can be explained again; the cache contains no account, device, artist or song information and is kept after deletion.

Your sign-in account

OOTSSU apps share one sign-in service. If you do not use the same sign-in with another OOTSSU app, your sign-in record (email or Apple/Google identifier) is deleted together with your Biasly data. If you do, the sign-in record is kept only so that the other app keeps working; no Biasly data remains linked to it.

What is kept

• Purchase and subscription records held by Apple, Google and our payment processor (RevenueCat), as required for billing, refunds and tax. Deleting your data does not cancel a subscription — cancel it in App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
• A count of lyric analyses per day, tied to your random user ID and containing none of your lyrics, used only to enforce plan limits (so deleting and re-creating an account cannot reset them).
• A salted one-way hash of the network address (IPv6: /64 prefix) with a daily count, used only to limit abuse; it is not linked to your account.

Retention period

In-app deletion takes effect immediately. Email requests are completed within 30 days. Routine backups that may briefly contain deleted data are purged on a rolling 30-day cycle.
