Why is the recovery score "Calibrating"?

Aurnia needs 7 nights of data before computing a personal Recovery Score. During calibration, the app still shows duration and a basic morning summary.

Smart Alarm didn't fire

Smart Alarm requires Apple Watch + the Aurnia Watch app installed + notification + critical-alert permissions. If the Watch was off-wrist or out of range, Smart Alarm falls back to a hard-stop iPhone alarm at the target wake time.

I deleted my account by mistake

Account deletion is immediate and irreversible — there is no grace period. Re-create a new account if you want to keep using Aurnia; HealthKit history will repopulate automatically over the next 14 days as your baseline rebuilds.

I bought Pro but the AI Brief still says "requires Pro"

Tap Settings → Aurnia Pro → Restore Purchases. If that doesn't help, force-quit the app and re-launch.

How do I cancel my subscription?

iPhone Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Aurnia Pro → Cancel.
