계정·데이터 삭제
Aurnia 데이터는 언제든 지울 수 있습니다. 앱 안에서 바로 지우거나 이메일로 요청하세요.
앱에서 삭제
계정이 있으면 설정 → 계정 → '계정 삭제'. 서버의 Aurnia 프로필·AI 브리프와 이 기기의 수면 기록·일기가 즉시 삭제됩니다. 계정이 없으면 '이 기기의 데이터 삭제'를 누르세요(서버에는 데이터가 없습니다).
이메일로 요청
앱을 열 수 없다면 Aurnia에 로그인한 이메일로 ootssu@ootssu.com 에 'Aurnia 계정 삭제'를 보내 주세요. 확인 후 30일 이내에 삭제합니다.
남는 것
같은 로그인을 다른 OOTSSU 앱에서 쓰고 있으면 로그인 정보는 그 앱을 위해 남습니다. AI 사용 횟수 카운터(건강 데이터 없음)는 로그인이 남아 있는 동안 보관됩니다. 스토어 결제 기록은 법적 요건상 보관되며, 삭제해도 구독은 취소되지 않습니다.

You can delete your Aurnia data at any time, with or without an account.
Option 1 — Delete in the app (recommended)
- Signed in: open Aurnia → Settings → Account → Delete account → confirm. Your Aurnia profile and AI Morning Briefs are deleted from our server immediately, and the sleep records and journal stored in Aurnia on your iPhone are erased. If the deletion cannot be completed (for example, you are offline), nothing is removed and the app tells you so.
- Not signed in: nothing about you is stored on our servers. Open Aurnia → Settings → Account → Delete data on this device to erase Aurnia's records on your iPhone. Deleting the app removes them too.
Option 2 — Request by email
If you can't open the app, email ootssu@ootssu.com from the address you signed in with, subject "Aurnia account deletion". We verify the request and delete your Aurnia data within 30 days.
What is deleted and what is kept
- Deleted: your Aurnia profile, AI Morning Briefs, AI-processing consent, and Aurnia's data on the device where you delete.
- Your login record is deleted too, unless the same login is still used by another OOTSSU app — then it stays for that app.
- Kept while the login exists: daily AI usage counters (no health data), so deleting and re-creating data cannot reset fair-use limits.
- Apple Health data is never touched. Store purchase records are kept by Apple as required by law; deleting data does not cancel a subscription — cancel it in iPhone Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.
