Streaklet

These terms govern your use of Streaklet (the "app"), published by OOTSSU. By using the app you agree to them.

What Streaklet is

Streaklet is a habit tracker. You add small daily habits, check them off, and the app keeps your current and best streak for each one. It runs entirely on your device — there is no account and no cloud sync.

Streak repairs

If you miss a day, you can repair that day so the streak continues. Repairs are limited: the free plan includes 2 repairs per month and Streaklet Pro includes 10. Repairs do not carry over between months. These allowances may change in future versions.

Streaklet Pro

Streaklet Pro is an auto-renewing subscription purchased through the App Store:

Pro raises the monthly repair allowance to 10 and unlocks the Insights screen. Everything the free plan does stays free.

Prices above are in US dollars; the price for your region is shown in the app before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends, and your Apple Account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.

You can view, change, or cancel a subscription at any time in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your device. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not refund the current period, and Pro stays active until that period ends. Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store Terms of Service — we cannot issue them ourselves.

Your data is yours

Your habits and streaks are stored on your device. We do not hold a copy, which also means we cannot restore your data if you delete the app or lose the device.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the app for any unlawful purpose.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer the app or bypass its purchase checks.

Content and ownership

The Streaklet name, design, and code are original works owned by OOTSSU. You're granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service.

No warranty

Streaklet is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, and it is not a medical, psychological, or professional tool.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OOTSSU is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including lost habit data.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
