ShotAction

These terms govern your use of ShotAction (the “app”), published by OOTSSU. By using the app you agree to them.

License

ShotAction grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on your Apple devices in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service. Apple's standard licensed application end-user license agreement (Apple Standard EULA) also applies to your use of ShotAction. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works of the app itself.

What ShotAction is

ShotAction takes a screenshot you hand it — a booking confirmation, a coupon, a gift voucher — reads the text on your iPhone, and proposes the dates it found. You decide which of them is a deadline, and the app reminds you before it.

What ShotAction is not

ShotAction is not a booking system, a ticketing service, or a party to anything you reserved or bought. It does not cancel a reservation, redeem a coupon, contact a merchant, or extend an expiry date. It has no relationship with the businesses whose confirmations you screenshot.

A recognised date is a suggestion drawn from an image. Text recognition is not perfect: a blurry screenshot, an unusual layout, or an ambiguous date format can produce a wrong candidate or none at all. Nothing becomes a deadline until you confirm it, and confirming it does not make it correct. Check anything that matters against the original booking or coupon.

Reminders are a convenience, not a guarantee

Reminders are local notifications scheduled on your device. Whether one reaches you depends on things outside the app's control: your notification settings, Focus modes, the device being off or out of battery, the system's limit on how many notifications an app may have pending, and changes you make to your own items. We do not promise that a reminder will be delivered, and missing one does not shift responsibility for a deadline onto us.

Your content

The screenshots you import and the items you create remain yours. We claim no ownership of them, never receive them, and never access them. You are responsible for having the right to keep and use the images you import.

Because everything is stored on your device and we hold no copy, we cannot recover anything for you. If you delete an item, delete the app, or lose the device, that data is gone. ShotAction is not a backup service.

Free use and ShotAction Pro

ShotAction is free to use with up to three active items at a time. ShotAction Pro is an auto-renewing subscription that removes that limit, offered in two options:

• Monthly — 1 month, KRW 3,900 per month.
• Yearly — 1 year, KRW 29,000 per year.

Local equivalents are shown in the App Store at the time of purchase, and prices may vary by region and by Apple's pricing tiers. The price for your region is always shown in the app before you buy.

How auto-renewal works

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically at the listed price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions → ShotAction. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the period already paid for.
• The subscription is tied to your Apple Account, not to a device. On a new phone, or after reinstalling, use Restore purchases to unlock it again at no further cost.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store Terms of Service. We cannot issue them ourselves; requests go through reportaproblem.apple.com.

Your use of ShotAction is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Using the app as intended

Please do not attempt to defeat the subscription check, reverse engineer the app beyond what the law permits regardless of a contract term, or use it with images you have no right to keep.

Availability and changes

We may change how ShotAction works, and features may be added or removed in future versions. We may stop publishing the app. Nothing here guarantees the app will keep working with future versions of iOS. If we discontinue the subscription, you keep what you have already paid for until the end of the current period.

No warranty, and the limit of our liability

ShotAction is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind, including any warranty that a date it recognises is correct, that a reminder will be delivered, or that the app is suitable for any particular purpose. To the fullest extent the law allows, OOTSSU is not liable for a missed deadline, a lapsed coupon, a cancellation fee, or any other indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under consumer law where you live, and nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Apple's standard EULA also applies to your use of the app as a licensed application from the App Store.
