날짜를 못 찾을 때
캡처가 흐리거나 날짜 표기가 특이하면 후보가 비어 있을 수 있습니다. 그때는 마감일을 직접 입력하면 됩니다.
알림이 오지 않을 때
iOS 설정에서 ShotAction 알림이 켜져 있는지, 집중 모드가 막고 있지 않은지 확인하세요. 이미 지난 시각은 알림으로 만들지 않습니다.
구매 복원과 해지
새 기기에서는 설정의 '구매 복원'을 누르세요. 해지와 환불은 Apple 쪽에서 처리됩니다.
Getting a screenshot into ShotAction
Two ways, and both give the app exactly one image:
- From Photos or any other app, tap Share and choose ShotAction. Then open ShotAction to confirm the dates.
- In ShotAction, tap the add button and pick the screenshot from the system photo picker.
ShotAction never asks for access to your photo library, so it cannot look at anything you did not hand it.
No dates were found, or the wrong one was
The text is read on the device, and recognition is not perfect — a blurry or cropped screenshot, a decorative font, or an unusual date layout can leave the candidate list empty or produce something wrong. When that happens, set the deadline yourself in the editor. A candidate is only ever a suggestion; the app commits nothing you have not confirmed.
Which dates it recognises
Text is recognised in Korean, English and Japanese, depending on what your iPhone supports. ShotAction looks for full dates with a year — 2026.10.14, 2026-10-14, 2026년 10월 14일 — optionally followed by a time, including 오전 / 오후 and AM / PM. It also reads the heading immediately above a date, so a line such as “무료 취소 기한” or “valid until” becomes the label for it. A date with no year is not turned into a deadline, because guessing the year is how a reminder ends up a year off.
A reminder did not arrive
Check, in order:
- iOS Settings → Notifications → ShotAction — notifications must be allowed.
- A Focus mode may be holding notifications back.
- The reminder time must be in the future. A time that has already passed is never turned into a notification.
- The item must still be active. Completing or deleting an item cancels its reminders.
- ShotAction keeps a capped number of reminders scheduled at once, nearest first. If you have a great many upcoming deadlines, the furthest ones are scheduled as the nearer ones pass.
Treat a reminder as a convenience. Anything that really matters should also be checked in the original booking or coupon.
“You have reached three active items”
The free version keeps three active items at a time. Completing or deleting an item frees a slot. ShotAction Pro removes the limit — KRW 3,900 a month or KRW 29,000 a year, auto-renewing, cancellable at any time in your Apple Account settings.
Restoring, managing, cancelling
On a new iPhone, or after reinstalling, open Settings → Restore purchases in the app. The subscription belongs to your Apple Account, not to a device, so there is nothing further to pay.
To change or cancel the plan, use Manage subscriptions in the app, or iOS Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Deleting your data
Deleting an item removes it, its stored screenshot and its reminders from the device. Deleting the app removes everything at once. We hold no copy, so nothing can be recovered afterwards — export or re-save anything you want to keep before you delete it.
