These terms cover the Rollhaus app on iPhone and Android. Using the app means accepting them.

Short version

• Today's daily board is free, always, with no account.
• Rollhaus Plus is an auto-renewing subscription that adds unlimited extra boards, all 36 dice mods in extra boards, the archive of past daily boards, and all dice skins.
• There is no account, so there is nothing for us to suspend and nothing for you to lose but the app itself.

What the app is

Rollhaus is a dice-board game. You roll two dice around a 20-tile ring, collecting rent from your own cat shops and building landmarks in three towns — cream alley, harbour, and snow hill. Every lap you visit the dice workshop and pick a mod that rewrites your dice, and before each roll you choose a multiplier that spends more than one roll at a time. Every day at midnight UTC a new daily board starts, the same for every player in the world.

Free and paid

Today's board is free for everyone, every day.

Rollhaus Plus is an optional auto-renewing subscription. It adds unlimited extra boards with a new random seed each time, all 36 dice mods in extra boards, an archive of past daily boards, and all dice skins. The price and billing period are shown in the app before you buy, in your own currency. Payment is charged to your Apple Account on iPhone, or to your Google Play account on Android, at confirmation of purchase.

The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of that period. You can manage or cancel it at any time in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions on iPhone, or in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions on Android; cancelling stops the next renewal and leaves the current period running to its end.

The yearly plan includes a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers on iPhone and Android. A monthly plan is also available. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the yearly subscription starts and is charged when the trial ends. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when a subscription is purchased.

Refunds

Purchases are made through the App Store or Google Play, so refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their terms, not by us. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com for an App Store purchase, or through your Google Play order history for a Google Play purchase. We cannot issue refunds for store purchases ourselves, though we are happy to help you work out what went wrong.

Fair play

Rollhaus is for personal enjoyment. Do not tamper with the app or its saved data to post scores that were not played. On iPhone, do not post such scores to the Game Center leaderboard or interfere with Game Center for other players. The app, its name, characters, art and design are ours.

Availability

We may change or discontinue the app; if the subscription is discontinued you will not be charged again.

No warranty, and the limit of our liability

Rollhaus is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranties to be excluded, in which case those exclusions do not apply to you.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for anything arising from the app is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Store terms

On iPhone, your use of the app is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. On Android, your purchase and download are also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the date at the top changes and the new version is published here. Continuing to use the app after that means accepting the change.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict of law rules. This does not remove any protection you have under the mandatory law of the country where you live.
