Retro Pixel Paint is designed for iPad. For a question or bug report, email ootssu@ootssu.com. Please include your iPad model, iPadOS version, and the steps that led to the issue. Do not send a private drawing unless you choose to.
Drawing and patterns
Choose a tool at the side of the canvas. Select a color, then draw with your finger or Apple Pencil. Choose a hatch pattern before filling an area to use that pattern. If a drawing behaves unexpectedly, tell us which tool and pattern you selected.
Purchases
If a purchased feature does not unlock, make sure the iPad is connected to the internet and use Restore Purchases in the app. Check that you are signed in with the Apple Account used for the purchase. Apple handles charges and refunds; visit reportaproblem.apple.com for a refund request.
Files and sharing
Exported images go to the destination you choose in the iPad share sheet. If a destination app does not appear, check its installation and share settings. Save a separate copy of important artwork before deleting Retro Pixel Paint.
