Retro Pixel Paint

Retro Pixel Paint (com.ootssu.retropixelpaint) is an iPad drawing app published by OOTSSU. This policy explains what the app handles and what happens when you choose to share a drawing or make a purchase.

Your drawings

Your canvas and app settings are kept on your device. OOTSSU does not run a gallery or account service for your drawings and does not upload canvas contents to its servers. If you choose to share or export an image, iPadOS sends it to the destination you select; that destination's privacy terms then apply. Deleting the app may remove its local documents. Images you have exported elsewhere must be deleted at that destination separately.

Accounts and tracking

No account or sign-in is required. The app does not use advertising identifiers, cross-app tracking, advertising, or an analytics SDK. We do not ask for contacts, location, or camera access to draw.

Optional purchases

Apple handles payment details for optional one-time in-app purchases. RevenueCat helps us verify and restore purchases. For that purpose, RevenueCat may process an app-specific anonymous identifier and purchase information such as product, transaction, purchase date, and store environment. We do not send your drawings to RevenueCat. Read RevenueCat's privacy policy and Apple's privacy policy for their processing and retention practices.

Retention and requests

We do not hold an account or server copy of your drawings. Local drawings remain until you delete them or the app. Purchase records may be retained by Apple and RevenueCat under their policies and legal obligations. To ask about access or deletion of purchase data associated with the app, email ootssu@ootssu.com; we will explain what can be identified and direct you to the relevant provider when needed.
