Orbrun

Orbrun is a candy-matching puzzle game with a cat for a hero, available on iPhone and Android. It has no account, asks for nothing about you, and keeps what it stores on your own device. This policy says exactly what that means.

Short version

• There is no account, no sign-up, and no email address.
• Your runs, streak and settings are stored on your phone and nowhere else.
• We operate no server that holds anything about you.
• The only network requests Orbrun makes are to confirm a subscription, and, on iPhone, if you use Game Center, the ones Apple's Game Center makes for you. The Android version has no Game Center and no leaderboard.

No account, no identity

Orbrun has nothing to sign in to. We do not ask for a name, an email address, a phone number, or a social login, and we do not create an identifier that follows you between apps or devices. We have no way of knowing who you are, which also means there is no record of you on our side to look up.

What is stored, and where

Everything below lives in the app's own storage on your device. None of it is copied to a server by us.

• Your results: for each daily run, the floor you reached, your best combo, the cards you picked and how many turns it took. The streak is counted from these.
• The run in progress: the board, the enemy and your cards, so a run survives the app being closed.
• Your settings: sound, haptics and which hero you chose.

Deleting the app removes all of it from your device.

Game Center (iPhone only)

On iPhone, if you are signed in to Apple's Game Center, Orbrun submits the floor you reached in each daily run to the day's leaderboard, so you can compare it with other players. That score, and the Game Center nickname Apple shows next to it, are handled by Apple under Apple's privacy policy. We do not receive your Apple Account details. If you are not signed in to Game Center, nothing is submitted and the game plays exactly the same.

On Android there is no Game Center and no leaderboard of any kind, so no score is submitted anywhere.

The subscription

Orbrun Plus is an auto-renewing subscription sold through the App Store on iPhone and through Google Play on Android. We never see or handle your payment details; Apple or Google processes the payment.

To know whether this device has an active subscription, we use RevenueCat, a purchase-management service, as our processor. RevenueCat receives an anonymous, randomly generated identifier for the install and the store purchase record for this app — which product was bought, when it renews, and whether it is a sandbox or production purchase. It receives nothing about how you play. We use it only to unlock what you paid for and to restore it on a new device.

No advertising, no analytics, no tracking

Orbrun contains no advertising, no analytics SDK, no attribution SDK, and no crash-reporting service. It does not use the Advertising Identifier on iPhone or the advertising ID on Android, and does not ask for tracking permission. We do not build profiles from your usage, and we do not sell or share personal data — we hold none to sell.

Children

Orbrun is a general-audience game and is not directed at children under 13. It collects no personal information from anyone, children included.

Your rights

Access, correction, deletion and portability rights apply to personal data a company holds about you. We hold none: there is no account, no server-side record, and no identifier linking this app to you. If you believe we hold something about you, write to us and we will tell you plainly what we can and cannot see.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that affects what is collected, the date at the top will change and the updated policy will be published here before the change ships in an app update.
